Introducing the New Deposit System

ThermoScan will now be requiring a deposit in order to secure your appointment with us.

We are asking for the deposit now as we have unfortunately been at the hands of last minute cancellations and no-shows far too frequently, and far too often of late. With the nature of our business and the fact that we are a traveling clinic, last minute cancellations and no-shows severely impact us financially.

We will now be asking for a 50% mandatory upfront payment that we will use as a deposit and to secure your booking. You can either choose to pay the 50% or pay in full prior to your appointment, that is up to you.

How it will work:

  • If you cancel up to 7 days prior to your appointment - you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid

  • If you cancel up to 4 days prior to your appointment - you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid

  • And unfortunately if you cancel within 3 days or less of your appointment we will not be able to refund you

You can pay via EFT for your initial or full payment (an invoice will be provided), and either via EFT or cash on the day for the balance of your payment.
