How To Pay:

We require an upfront payment of 50% of your appointment fee that we use as a deposit and to secure your booking. You can either choose to pay 50% or pay in full before your appointment; both options can be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel up to 7 days before your appointment - you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid

  • If you cancel up to 4 days before your appointment - you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid

  • If you cancel within 3 days or less of your appointment - we will unfortunately not be able to refund you

You can pay via EFT for your initial or full payment (an invoice will be provided), and either via EFT or cash on the day for the balance of your payment.
